The recommended minimum footprint for SMARTS AR is H:2.8m W:2.0m D:3.0m. If you are unsure about whether your space is suitable for our equipment, please get in touch and a member of the team will be happy to help. Creating the right environment is a crucial part of delivering great guest experience. As well as considering the dimensions of the equipment itself, make sure you have enough space for guests to place food and drinks to really supercharge your sales.
You will be responsible for providing the appropriate number of power and data (RJ45/ethernet) sockets per system. Please note that the requirements vary depending on the product and package selected. Data is required to manage sessions at the lane, send back utilisation and diagnostic data and to allow remote updates of the system. Please let us know in advance of any network requirements such as the white listing of devices.
The console needs to be securely mounted at an angle that makes it easy to operate and capture player photographs. We recommend fully encasing the console to protect the cable inputs. Our turnkey solution features the pictured black metal casing with integrated stand. This can be purchased as in individual item if required.
To make your installation look super slick, you will need to build a frame around the foam panel. The frame we use in our turnkey solutions hangs on the wall using a single mounting bar and two fixings. These can be bought as individual units and come pre-wired with an integrated amplifier and speakers.
The lane divider should be designed to suit the theming of your venue. Typically, the lane divider is used as a mounting point for the console unit while also serving as a handy conduit for the system cabling.
A tech pack installation is the best way to assimilate our products into your brand. Combined with our customisation options, our systems can fully reflect the unique personality of your venue. Check out these examples:
