No, you must use the custom Social Replay camera provided. The system is designed to work with our own hardware, any other camera model will not be compatible.

Do I have To Purchase Social Replay For All Lanes In My Venue?
Yes, the software configuration is done at a venue level, so the product must be purchased for all lanes within the venue.

What If A Dart Hits The Camera Lens?
To capture the best video footage, the camera should be installed with a slight downward angle. This positioning ensures that the trajectory of a thrown dart, which will never rise above a slightly upward angle, is unlikely to strike the camera lens. Therefore, the likelihood of a dart hitting the camera lens is very low.

What Else Do I Need To Consider?
If there is a lot of light directly in front of the dartboard, such as from a large window, this backlighting will reduce the video quality. The camera performs optimally in even lighting.
A fast, stable network connection is required for videos to be uploaded.
